Terms of Service

Welcome to EasySQL. By using our website, dashboard, or APIs, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

EasySQL is a product operated by Clearsoft ME, registered under CNPJ 27.122.289/0001-78, headquartered at Av. Paulista, 171, São Paulo, SP. EasySQL is a software tool that lets users ask questions in natural language about data stored in their own MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL databases.

2. Account

  • You must provide accurate information at signup.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys secure.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or legally emancipated.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use EasySQL to access databases without the owner's authorization.
  • Attempt to bypass the read-only protections.
  • Reverse-engineer the product or its models.
  • Resell the service without prior written authorization.
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose.

4. Plans and billing

The Free plan is free of charge and limited to 100 questions per month. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are billed monthly via Stripe. Billing is recurring, charged in advance, and auto-renews unless cancelled.

You can cancel at any time, with no penalty. Your access stays active until the end of the paid cycle. Refunds are evaluated case by case, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

5. Limitation of liability

EasySQL is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Business decisions made based on EasySQL's answers.
  • Temporary downtime (maintenance, third-party failures).
  • Indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.

Business plans include a 99.9% SLA with credits under specific terms.

6. Intellectual property

The software, brand, models, and content of EasySQL are our property or licensed to us. Your data remains yours — we only operate on it with your authorization.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time, in 1 click from the dashboard.

8. Changes to the Terms

Any changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance, by email and a visible notice in the dashboard. Continued use after the notice period indicates acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo, SP are elected to resolve any disputes, with waiver of any other, however privileged.
